Deluxe Leisure OÜ aims to give the best service possible to our customers. In the terms and conditions we, our and us is Deluxe Leisure OU (registered no ) and you means the customer making the reservation, and/or the customer who registers online at deluxeleisure.co.uk and group is all people who travel with you. If you complete and sign a booking form on behalf of all group members, it is you that is the lead contact for your group and that all correspondence will be between you and us. These conditions are the agreement between you and deluxeleisure.co.uk. No alterations may be made to to these terms and conditions unless given in writing and signed by the managing director of Deluxe Leisure OÜ.

Data Protection

By giving us personal details you will consent for these to be used in processing you’re booking .These details maybe used in passenger lists to airlines and ferry operators. We may also use your details to send you further information. We won't pass on your details to any third parties. Sensitive personal information that you give us will only be used when it is necessary I.e your hotel(s) and/or carrier(s). You can browse our sites without revealing any personal information. Once you give us Your personal information, You are not anonymous to us. If You choose to provide us with personal information, You consent to the transfer and storage of that information on in our server.

• When You register for a Deluxe Leisure service we collect Your personal information to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized user environment which is designed according to Your needs.
• When You register for a Deluxe Leisure newsletter, then We use your personal data to ensure that news will be delivered to You.
• When you write a comment to Deluxe Leisure forum, then Deluxe Leisure ask Your name and display it with your comment.

• You are responsible for your actions and the website should be used as instructed and for no other use than booking. Any profanities will not be in acceptance of Deluxe Leisure OU.
• The website contains links with other websites. Links are not there as an endorsement, any contents on such websites are not the responsibility of Deluxe Leisure OU . It is at your own risk you enter any such website.
• Internal marketing may permit the use of your address, name, e-mail address and for use of our Website.

Booking

We do not accept the submission of an enquiry email as confirmation of booking. We will first check we can meet all requirements. Any quotation by us shall remain open for 2 days from its date of submission and is always subject to availability. All quotations will include tax (VAT) Provisional bookings are accepted by telephone, however full confirmation of your booking must be made by e-mail, together with your total deposit. In making a booking with us online, you give acceptance of Deluxe Leisure OU terms and conditions. The person who makes the booking becomes responsible for the group and explaining all terms and conditions of Deluxe Leisure OU.

Deposits

Deluxe Leisure will use a time scale model for each customer in which payment will be received. An initial 25% Deposit of the total booking fee will be required at the time of booking and a time scale of 7 days is given in which to pay of which only 15% will be refunded if booking is cancelled within 21 days of time of booking. After 21 days no refund of deposit will be given. You then have 56 days to pay a total of 50% of the total value. We reserve the right to cancel any booking that does not meet this criteria . All payments can be made by credit or debit cards to Deluxe Leisure OÜ.
 

Final Payment

The final payment must be paid in full with in 21 days of arrival. In any extreme cases written permission may be given only by the managing Director of Deluxe Leisure.
 

Payment Methods

Accepted cards for online payment system: (Powered by Paypal)

American Express = 5% charge.
Credit card = 2.5% charge.
 

Ammendment

You are not charged for making any amendment, such as group numbers or change in accommodation for a period up to 21 days of your initial booking . After 21 days and up to 21 days prior to departure all amendments made will come at a charge up to £80 for each change made and only at written permission by Deluxe Leisure OÜ.
 

Cancellation

Cancellation charges =

• 21 days or less prior to date of departure 100% of total will be lost.
• 77 days to 21 days from date of departure 50% of total will be lost.
• 0 days to 21 days of booking 15 % deposit refunded.
   

Late Bookings

Any booking made within 77 days of date of departure is payable at 100 % of the Total Value with in 2 Days of initial booking.

Insurance

All insurance is at the responsibility of you and the group and not of Deluxe Leisure OU. You must have adequate cover which includes up to and above air ambulance.
 

Changes by us

If we have to change the event after you have made a booking we will do everything to ensure you do not experience any disruption. The services we offer are on behalf of our suppliers. If we can not make alternative arrangements to your satisfaction due to a suppliers cancellation we will offer a refund for this part of the booking. If for any reason an external factor beyond our control i.e “weather conditions “ or “force mature” of which prevents the activity from taking place occurs Deluxe Leisure OU will not be deemed responsible.
 

Price Changes

If any price changes occur before 21 days of travel we reserve the right to amend and pass on the cost. These may include transfers , VAT and and government fees. We base all prices at the current booking date and for this reason we will only charge extra if the total cost exceeds 1% of the total cost including VAT. If you change the number of people in the group without informing us you will incur the full cost including transfer administration cost etc.

Health & Safety

In some cases disclaimers may be asked to be signed as Deluxe Leisure OU takes no responsibility for any injury suffered through any third party activity as such you should arrange your own adequate insurance. All of our activities carry there own insurance and Health & Safety is very important to us and as such we have researched thoroughly. Any medical issues with you or your group which may cause injury should be re ported to Deluxe Leisure OU at the time of booking so as we can best advise.

Behaviour

Deluxe Leisure OU expects all of our customers to follow any rules or guide lines that our suppliers have and as such they reserve the right to cancel any activities or accommodation if you or the groups behaviour is in any way deemed to break these. We do not accept any liability through misadventure when under influence of any drug including alcohol. If security bonds are required it is your responsibility to check with Deluxe Leisure OU before you book.
 

Complaints

All complaints should be made in writing and made within 14 days of the returning date. Any complaints will be investigated before any response is given.
 

Travel documents

It is the responsibility of you and your group to have the correct travel documentation.
 

General

Deluxe Leisure will provide a representative to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is met. This will enable us to react to the demands and also give a service connection which will be of support and help to you and your group. This will be optional and come as a fee to you and your group.
